A dedicated team, without building HR
Hire engineers through Boolet when the product is past a first version and you need weekly capacity. You stay the product owner. We hire, manage, and keep the work moving.
This is for long-running products, not a two-week landing page. Typical shape: one or more developers, sometimes a designer or QA, overlapping UK hours enough that Slack is not a 12-hour delay.
Talent hubs are in London, Colombo, and Accra. Offshore or nearshore is fine if the overlap works. If you need people on site, say so on the call.
Why founders use this
- Speed. You skip a three-month hiring loop for every role.
- Control. Priorities stay with you. We do not take the product hostage.
- Continuity. The same people stay on the repo. That is the point versus a rotating agency bench.
How staffing works
You stay the product owner. We hire, manage, and keep delivery moving.

Stacks we staff
We match people to the repo you already have, or to the stack we would pick for a new build.

Dedicated team questions
- Where are the engineers based?
- A mix of the UK and our talent hubs (including Colombo and Accra). You can ask for UK hours overlap. We will not hide where someone sits.
- Do I manage the people day to day?
- You set priorities. We handle hiring, holidays, and whether the work is actually shipping. You stay in Slack and the repo.
- How fast can a team start?
- A single engineer can often start within a few weeks if the brief is clear. A full squad takes longer because we will not fill seats with whoever is free.
- Is this cheaper than hiring in-house in London?
- Usually, once you add recruiter fees, equipment, and the time to manage juniors. It is not “cheap offshore”. It is a managed team you can start without a six-month hiring cycle.
Need a team, not a one-off build?
Tell us the product, the stack, and how many people you think you need. We will say if that is realistic.
