People on our team are in London, so meeting face to face is easy to arrange. We do not rent a central London office, and we would rather say so than imply one.
You choose how much of that you want. One way to do it is a session in person at the start, when we are working out what to build, then a weekly demo by video. If you would rather have every meeting at your office, tell us on the first call and we will plan for it.

Published prices, where most sites have a form
Look for a price on most agency websites and you will find "contact us for a quote". We publish our website package prices and our starting prices for custom software, and you can read them before you decide whether to speak to us.
Quote-only pricing is not a trick. Custom software cannot be priced properly without a conversation, and ours is priced in a written proposal after a free first meeting. The difference is that you see our starting prices first. It helps that we are not paying for a central London office.
