What we build
Two kinds of work: new APIs, and joining up the systems you already pay for.
System-to-system integrations
An order placed in the shop appears in the accounts package and the courier portal. A booking updates the CRM. A timesheet reaches payroll. We write the code that sits between two systems, maps one set of fields to the other and keeps a record of every transfer.
APIs for your product
A REST API for a mobile app, a separate front end or a partner, with authentication and versioning.
Webhooks and events
React the moment a payment succeeds or a parcel ships, with retries when the other side is down.
Customer and partner APIs
Let customers or suppliers pull their own data, with keys and rate limits.
Repairing an existing API
Slow, undocumented or fragile. We profile it, fix it and write it down.
How it works and how long it takes
Integration projects fail on details, so we find the details first.
A free call
30 minutes
You tell us which systems are involved and what gets typed twice. We say whether a ready-made connector already exists.
Written proposal
No charge
We read the documentation for each system and write down every field that moves. You get a written proposal with the price and timeline, agreed before the build starts.
Build
Set in the proposal
A single-workflow build usually takes 4 to 5 weeks. A product with an API and up to three integrations takes 10 to 12. A small connection on a system we already support fits inside monthly support hours.
Run
Monthly support
Other companies change their APIs without asking you. A support plan means someone is watching the logs and makes the change.
When a no-code connector is enough
Tools such as Zapier and Make connect popular products in an afternoon for a small monthly fee. Try them first if your case is simple.
Use a connector when
- Both products are well known and already supported.
- It is a simple one-way push, such as a new enquiry into a spreadsheet.
- Volumes are low, and a failed run is an annoyance, not a lost order.
Have it built when
- Money, stock or customer commitments move through it.
- One system has no connector, only an API or a nightly export.
- Data must be matched, checked or transformed on the way.
- Per-task connector fees grow with every order you take.
What API work costs
It depends on how many systems are involved and how good their documentation is, which is what the written proposal establishes. The build figures here are starting points.
- Single-workflow buildOne API or integration flow with accounts and an admin screen to monitor it. Usually 4 to 5 weeks.
- From £1,999
- Product with integrationsAn application with its own API and up to three integrations. 10 to 12 weeks.
- From £4,999
- Larger platformMulti-tenant accounts, with an architecture and security review. Quoted after a call.
- From £9,599
- Growth supportTen hours a month. Enough for small connections and changes on a system we look after.
- £599/mo
Connecting a website form to one CRM is already included in our £999 Professional website package. Support hours can also be bought separately, from £50 per hour, as needed, without a monthly plan.
How we build integrations
Plain technology, with most of the effort spent on what happens when something fails.
- Laravel
- Its queue system runs transfers in the background and retries them, so a timeout does not lose an order.
- REST and JSON
- The format nearly every modern business system speaks. Where a supplier only offers file exports, we work with those.
- Logs and alerts
- Every transfer is recorded, and a failure tells a person instead of disappearing.
- Authentication and policies
- Tokens, rate limits and Laravel policies decide which caller can read or change which record.
- Tests with Pest and PHPUnit
- Each endpoint has automated tests, written test-first where it matters, so a change cannot quietly break a partner integration.
- Written documentation
- Endpoints, fields and examples, so another developer can use or maintain the API without us.
Working with us from anywhere in the UK or worldwide
Integration work is the most remote-friendly thing we do. We need API credentials and a test account, not a meeting room. The person who knows the process best, often the office manager or the owner, joins a Google Meet call and shows us on a shared screen what gets typed twice today. That works the same from an industrial estate in Telford as from a farm office in Aberdeenshire.

Questions buyers ask
Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us.
- Can you connect two systems that have no ready-made integration?
- Usually, yes. If each system has an API, a webhook or a dependable file export, we can write the link between them. We confirm this by reading the documentation while we write the proposal, before you pay for a build.
- What do you need from us to start?
- The names of the systems, admin or API access to a test account for each, and half an hour with the person who does the manual work now. If a supplier charges for API access, we will flag it.
- How much does an API integration cost?
- It depends on your requirements. A standalone single-workflow build starts from £1,999, and you get a written proposal with the price and timeline after the first call. Small connections on a system we already support can be done within a £599 a month Growth plan.
- What happens when the other system goes down or changes its API?
- Transfers are queued and retried, and failures are logged and reported to a person. When a supplier changes their API, the integration needs updating, which is the main reason we suggest a monthly support plan.
- Can you fix or document an API someone else built?
- Yes. We start by reading the code and measuring where it is slow. You get a short written assessment, then a written price for the repair and the documentation.

Name the two systems on a 30-minute call and we will tell you whether a connector will do or it needs building.
