We map the real workflow first. Then we build the screens and the rules, usually in Laravel or PHP, often with a custom or Filament admin dashboard so staff can work without calling us. It is not a clone of an off-the-shelf suite. It is the operational software your company actually needs.

We add models where they save time or surface something a person would miss. That means a proper data path, a place to review the output and a fallback when the model is wrong. If a simpler rule will do, we will say so on the call.

We will also tell you when a well-built web app is enough. Plenty of "we need an app" briefs are better as a mobile-first website until you have users. If you do need the stores, we handle the build, TestFlight and internal testing, and a handover you can ship from.

Data is entered once and every department works from the same record. Admin dashboards are usually built to measure, with Filament as an option when you want rapid application development. React.js or Vue.js front ends with Inertia, MySQL or PostgreSQL, robust APIs, policy-based permissions and tests in Pest and PHPUnit. If you already have a PHP codebase, we work in it rather than rewriting for fashion.

Monthly support starts at £129, with maintenance included. We would rather you had a named person than a ticket queue. Security updates and "the form stopped sending" are the usual first requests. Feature work is scoped so it does not eat the monthly hours by surprise.
