Web applications, ecommerce, APIs, internal ERP systems, AI features, and mobile apps. We scope the work, build it, and stay on if you want a technical team after launch.
Full products people log into every day - not just a five-page brochure.
Dashboards, customer portals, booking systems, and the admin around them. We usually build in Next.js or Laravel, or native PHP when that is what you already have. Auth, roles, emails, payments, and the unglamorous bits that make it usable. First versions often land in 8 to 12 weeks. Larger platforms are scoped as such.
Catalogues, checkout, and the ops around an order - not a theme with a Stripe button taped on.
WooCommerce when the catalogue is the site. Custom checkout and inventory when you have rules a plugin will fight. We wire payments, shipping, and the emails customers actually need. If you already sell, we will say whether to rebuild or extend.
APIs so your app, admin, mobile client, and a third-party tool can talk without a spreadsheet in the middle.
New APIs for a product we are building, or a cleanup of something already live and slow. Auth, versioning, and docs a later engineer can follow. Webhooks and third-party integrations (payments, CRMs, shipping) when they are in the scope.
The system your team uses to run stock, jobs, invoices, or people - instead of five tools and a shared drive.
We map the real workflow first. Then we build the screens and the rules, usually Laravel or PHP, often with a Filament admin so staff can work without calling us. This is not a branded SAP clone. It is the operational software your company actually needs.
AI inside a real product: search, drafts, classification, assistants - not a chatbot for the sake of a slide.
We add models where they save time or surface something a human would miss. That means a proper data path, a place to review output, and a fallback when the model is wrong. If a simpler rule will do, we will say so on the call.
iOS and Android from one codebase - Flutter or React Native, depending on the team and the product.
We will also tell you when a well-built web app is enough. A lot of "we need an app" briefs are better as a mobile-first website until you have users. If you do need the stores, we handle the build, TestFlight / internal testing, and a handover you can ship from.
Native PHP and Laravel when that is the right stack. Filament when you need a CMS or admin without inventing one.
Content sites, operational back-offices, and the custom bits Filament does not cover out of the box. If you already have a PHP codebase, we work in it rather than rewriting for fashion. You get an admin staff can edit, not a repo only we understand.
Marketing sites, custom builds, and design that ships in the same cycle as the code.
WordPress or Next.js for brochure work. Custom when the layout or the CMS needs to be yours. We design the flows that matter, then build them - not a 40-page Figma file you never implement. Starter sites start at £499.
When the product is live and you need weekly capacity without hiring in-house.
We staff engineers in the UK and our talent hubs, manage them, and keep you as the product owner. You stay in Slack and the repo. We stay accountable for delivery.
Fixes, small features, and someone who already knows the codebase.
Monthly retainers start at £299. We would rather you have a named person than a ticket queue. Security updates and "the form stopped sending" are the usual week-one requests. Feature work is scoped so it does not eat the retainer by surprise.
Next.js and React for product UIs. Laravel, native PHP, and Filament for apps and CMS. Flutter or React Native for mobile. WordPress when the site is mostly content. Stripe for payments. AWS for hosting. We will not invent a stack to look clever.
No. First versions are common, but most of the work is full web applications, ecommerce, APIs, internal ERP-style systems, Filament admins, mobile apps, and AI features inside those products.
What stack do you use?+
Next.js and React for product UIs. Laravel, native PHP, and Filament for apps and CMS. Flutter or React Native for mobile. WordPress when the site is mostly content. Node and AWS when they fit. We pick the stack you can hire for later.
Can you work with our existing developers?+
Yes. We can join an existing repo, or run a parallel workstream. We will say if the codebase is too messy to be useful without a cleanup first.
Where do you work from?+
Basildon, Essex, with clients across London and the rest of the UK. Most work is remote. On-site is possible when it helps.
