You can cancel at any time in the client portal. The plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Support hours you have already paid for stay on your balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
