- Is the price on the card the full project cost?
- For websites, yes. Starter is £499 and Professional is £999 for the scope listed on the card. Custom websites start from £2,499 and are priced once the scope is agreed. For custom software and mobile apps, no. The figures are starting points, and the price may go up or down depending on your requirements. We provide a written proposal after the first meeting.
- How is custom software priced?
- On your requirements. The figures on the cards are starting points: MVP from £1,999, Product from £4,999 and Enterprise from £9,599. The price may go up or down depending on the size and complexity of what you need. It starts with a free 30-minute meeting, and after that we send a written proposal with the price and the timeline.
- How much does a SaaS product cost?
- A Starter SaaS MVP starts from £2,500: a tightly defined first version with standard authentication, Stripe integration and a basic admin panel. A Custom SaaS MVP, with more bespoke workflows, richer permissions and integrations, starts from £4,000. Complex SaaS builds start from £8,000 and are scoped and quoted individually. Every build includes a launch support plan.
- How much does a mobile app cost?
- From £1,999, depending on your requirements. We build in Flutter, React Native or NativePHP, for iOS and Android. The price moves with the number of screens and user flows, whether the app needs accounts and a backend, integrations and payments, offline use, and App Store and Google Play submission. We provide a written proposal after the first meeting.
- What is included in the price?
- For a website, everything listed on the card: the design, the build, the integrations named there, and a launch support plan. For custom software and mobile apps, everything written in your proposal. Anything that is not written down is quoted separately.
- How long does it take?
- A Starter website is usually two to four weeks if you can send copy and logos promptly. For custom software, an MVP is typically 4 to 5 weeks and a Product build 10 to 12 weeks. Enterprise and mobile app timelines are set out in the written proposal.
- What happens after the launch support plan?
- You can move to a monthly support plan, from £129 a month. Every plan includes routine maintenance (updates, backups, uptime and security alerts) plus support hours for changes: 3 on Care, 6 on Growth and 12 on Scale. If you would rather not take a monthly plan, each task is quoted in hours and you buy them at £49 an hour.
- How do the support hours work?
- Each paid month adds the plan's hours to your support balance: 3 on Care (£129), 6 on Growth (£249) and 12 on Scale (£449). That works out cheaper than ad hoc hours at £49, and the maintenance comes on top. Unused hours stay on your balance. Pay by Direct Debit, card or invoice, and cancel any time in the client portal: the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
- What if we need something not on the list?
- We quote it. If it does not fit, we will say so rather than stretch a package until it breaks.
- Do you take payment in stages?
- Yes. A deposit to start, then the rest on agreed milestones. We do not send surprise invoices for work that was not in the scope.
- Can our own software raise support tickets with you?
- Yes, through our Support API. Your users raise tickets inside your product, our developers pick them up, and replies and status changes go back to your system. Terms are agreed with each client, so talk to us about your system and the support you need.
