What we build
ERP is a grand name for a simple thing: one place where the business is run. For most firms that means some of these.
- Jobs and work orders
- Quote, job, schedule, sign-off and invoice in one chain. For trades, engineers, installers and service firms.
- Stock and purchasing
- Stock by location, reorder points and supplier orders. Batch and lot tracking for food producers, growers and farm businesses that need traceability.
- Orders, loads and deliveries
- For wholesalers and hauliers: orders in, loads planned, drivers assigned and proof of delivery back.
- Staff, timesheets and compliance records
- Who is where, hours worked, certificates with expiry dates, and vehicle or machinery checks that are due.
- Reporting and the accounts link
- Margin by job, customer or product, with invoices passed to your accounts package.
When off-the-shelf software is enough
Bespoke is not automatically better. If a package fits how you work, buy the package.
Buy a package when
- Your process matches the way the product already works.
- You have a few users, so per-seat fees stay small.
- One tool, such as an accounts package or a job management app, covers the whole problem.
Bespoke is worth it when
- You pay for several subscriptions joined together by spreadsheets.
- Your pricing, traceability or scheduling follows rules no package handles.
- Licence fees rise with every person you hire.
- Staff work around the current system because it does not match the job.
How it works and how long it takes
Nobody should replace everything at once. We start with the part that hurts most.
A free call
30 minutes
You tell us which tools and spreadsheets run the business today, and where things get lost between them.
Written proposal
No charge
We map the real workflow with the people who do it, not only the people who manage it. You get a written proposal with the price and timeline for your requirements, agreed before the build starts.
First module
4 to 5 weeks
One workflow, live and in use. Moving existing records out of spreadsheets or an old system is agreed in the written proposal before the build starts.
The wider system
10 to 12 weeks
Further modules, roles and integrations as a Product build, or added month by month on a support plan.
What bespoke ERP costs
You pay for the build once, priced on your requirements, so the build figures here are starting points. There is no licence fee per user, so hiring does not raise your software bill.
- First moduleOne core workflow with accounts and an admin, usually in 4 to 5 weeks. Our MVP tier.
- From £1,999
- Multi-department systemUnlimited user roles, an API and up to three integrations, in 10 to 12 weeks. Our Product tier.
- From £4,999
- EnterpriseMulti-tenant systems, with an architecture and security review. Quoted after a call.
- From £9,599
- Growth supportTen hours a month for changes as the business changes.
- £599/mo
Your written proposal sets the price, which moves up or down with the size and complexity of the requirements. Compare it with what you pay each year in subscriptions, and with the hours your staff spend re-typing.
What we build it with
Browser-based, so it runs on the office PC, a tablet in the workshop and a phone in the cab with nothing to install.
- Laravel
- Suited to software full of business rules, permissions and scheduled jobs.
- Custom or Filament admin dashboard
- Gives staff fast tables, filters and forms, which is most of what an ERP is.
- MySQL
- Your data in a standard database you can report from or export at any time.
- AWS
- Hosted in the cloud, so there is no server in a cupboard to look after.
Working with us from anywhere in the UK or worldwide
ERP is the one kind of project where we like to see the place. Most of the work runs on Google Meet, but for a firm with a yard, a workshop or a warehouse we can arrange a visit wherever you are in the UK. Watching a job move through the building shows us things no call does. After that, a grain merchant in Lincolnshire or a builder in Cumbria deals with us remotely, like everyone else.

Questions buyers ask
Straight answers. If yours is not here, email us.
- How much does bespoke ERP software cost?
- A first module covering one workflow starts from £1,999, and a multi-department system with roles, an API and up to three integrations from £4,999. Larger multi-tenant systems start from £9,599. These are starting points. The price depends on your requirements, and you get a written proposal with the price and timeline after the first call. There is no per-user licence fee from us.
- Can we start small and add to it?
- Yes, and we recommend it. Start with the workflow that causes the most trouble, get staff using it, then add modules. Each one is priced separately, so you are never committed to the whole programme.
- Will it work with Xero, Sage or QuickBooks?
- We do not rebuild your accounts package. You keep it, and the system passes invoices and payments to it through its API. We confirm exactly what can be connected in the written proposal, before the build starts. A Product build includes up to three integrations.
- What happens to the data in our spreadsheets?
- We agree the import in the written proposal before the build starts: which records come across, how they are cleaned and who checks them. Customers, products and open jobs usually move. Old history can often stay in an archive.
- Will staff be able to use it on site or in a vehicle?
- It runs in a browser, so any phone or tablet with a connection works. If people need to carry on with no signal at all, we scope a companion mobile app that syncs later.
- Who looks after it once it is live?
- We do, on a monthly plan. Care at £199 covers updates, backups and alerts. Growth at £599 adds ten hours a month for changes, which suits a system that keeps evolving. For occasional changes, support hours can also be bought separately, from £50 per hour, without a monthly plan.
