Prep2Pass: running a driving school without a spreadsheet

The problem

A driving school can outgrow a diary and a pile of spreadsheets quickly. Prep2Pass needed student registration, lesson scheduling, and instructor admin that one person could run.

The stack

We used Laravel and Filament for the admin, with Inertia.js and Vue 3 on the public side. That pairing is common in our custom software work when the client will live in an admin all day.

What shipped

The public site and the school tools are live at prep2pass.co.uk. We did not invent a national franchise platform. We built the system this school needed to take bookings without emailing a spreadsheet around.
